Hi Everyone.
Just a quick update.
It's safe to say that I am almost 100% back to "normal" and I do use that word loosely. LOL
I still have bad days thrown into the mix, but overall my anxiety isnt as severe or as dibilitating as it was originally. I was at some stage wondering if things would ever get back to normal.
I'm still having panic attacks, but they are very small and I usually have them under control within a few minutes as opposed to them lasting over 30mins.

Anyway wanted to thank all of you who left me well wishes, sent me emails, left messages on my blog or thought of me in general it was sincerely appreciated. And of course to Aiya for always worrying about me and listening to me drone on about how miserable I was on the days I could bare to sit on the PC for more than a few minutes.. Love you, girly xx

To anyone new to being diagnosed with Anxiety/Depression, I just want to say it does get better, it takes a while, but there IS light at the end of the tunnel, I know it doesnt seem like it, and I thought it would never end, but have hope.. enjoy your good days and let go of the bad ones.

Plan on updating the blog, as the poor thing has been very neglected the last 6 months.. Got some exciting things coming up..
Been booted from all the groups I was in hahaa. My apologies to those groups.
Got crap sitting on my PC from Christmas time that was meant to be uploaded but got lost in the mess that was my life for 6 months lol

Thats it for now.. Go eat an ice cream or something xx

Hi Everyone..

Feels like forever since Ive been in here, I am soooo sorry for not getting in here sooner.

Needless to say this battle has been a lot harder than I originally thought it would be.

Days and days filled with absolute dread, constantly thinking something was wrong with me and refusing to accept that I.. a surprisingly outgoing and very social person could have anxiety.

I am very slowly coming to grips with it and am hoping to have it under control soon, so my life can go back to the way it was.. cause I misss it LOL..

They've put me on some new medication and I still have my lovely lil valiums to take as needed, but I have finally had 3 goodish days in a row which is a GOOD thing, cause I could barely get past 2 good days in a row..

Most importantly.. THANK YOU to all of you who wished me well and worried about and sent well wishes, they meant soooo much to me.

I am hoping to catch up on everything I missed, and actually do some tagging tonight.. CRAP - I hope I remember how to still use PSP lol..

Don't Panic!

Little bit of a play on the title. On Friday morning I suffered a pretty scary Panic Attack, which resulted in me being hospitalized.
I, of course - Thought I was having a heart attack. After a shit load of tests, they have diagnosed me with Anxiety.
They were concerned with me having a clot in the lungs, which my CT scan came back both my heart and lungs were fine.. I'm still feeling not well, Not sure if its a mind thing or I may have picked up a bug in the hospital.
I think I'm going to be laying low for a little until I feel 100% better, which Im hoping will be later this week. I have been prescribed Valium , I do have to go back to my Dr's in a few days to see if the Valium is helpng me or not, as my Dr doesnt want to keep me on the Valium as it IS addictive.
So I apologise if I am falling behind on things. I do have 2 temps that I should of had up a long time ago, I made them just after Christmas lol, so I will try and get those up today.
Just wanted to give a heads up as to why Ive not been around.
I will be staying at my mums house until I am feeling 100% to be honest, I am a little scared to go back home.
Soooo.. I hope everyone is doing well!!!

I am meant to revel a few things about myself, so here goes.

1. I have a terrible habit of using the "C" word a LOT.. I personally dont find it offensive, but I know most people do which is why I find myself using it a lot.

2. I am deathly afraid of birds.

3. I own over 800 books. I have an entire bedroom in my house that is specifically just a library.

4. I collect pigs (excluding my exes) crystal ones, stuffed ones, you name it, I love it.

5. I always wear ribbons in my hair.

6. I moved out of home at the age of 14.

7. I carry around hand sanitiser everywhere I go.

8. I've performed at the Sydney Opera House.

9. I can stop myself from vomiting LOL.. Nice bit of useless information there, and I'm not always successful but at least 90% of the time I am.

10. I've dislocated my left knee twice, first time was from dance, and the 2nd time was.. well.. lets just say very embarrassing.

Now as usual I am meant to pass these awards on, but seeing Im late with getting them up LOL, Im just going to pass on the first award to Aiya and Tiffany

Artmama and Kirsty sent this to me, But Ive been a wee bbit neglectful and Im only getting to them now!

1. How long have you been using PSP, PS? I think I started in 2004 - Ive taken quite a few breaks from PSP the longest one being 18 months or so, so I guess Ive been psping for around 3 years all up.

2. How did you get into making tags, scrapkits? It started making very bad tags LOL in an MSN group after seeing others make them but at the time of course I thought my tags were hot stuff LOL, then went into blending, I still have a big love of blending and making blends but the PSP environment doesnt leave me much room to do that love.

3. Who`s your fave artist?

Ismael Rac- His generosity astounds me, I love that he creates sooo many layers to play with and the freedom he gives with recolouring is fantastic, as far as Im concerned few come close to his talent/generosity and love for his fans. I also love Gorjuss and Zindy!

4.Who`s your favorite Scrap Designer? I have sooo many, but I do love Laura from Cinnamon Scraps, I really miss Teresa's Scraps, I guess I dont really have a fave. I know how hard kits are to make so I love a wide variety of scrappers.

)5. Which three blogs do you visit everyday?
YIKES, the only blog I usually check on a regular basis is mine and Aiya's LOL - Im soooo slack and Im getting behind.. I often visit, Yvettes and Missys.

Almost the weekend!! Going out on Friday night for a girlfriends 30th birthday! Spending the rest of the weekend lounging around - Ive been battling a stomach ache since very early this morning - not sure what's going on - but its painful :( Fingers crossed its gone by tomorrow!

Blogger Background Templates

There was a lil discussion over at the Misfits Forum about backgrounds for blogger, and a few people were not sure on how to make one, So I mentioned Id whip some up and put em on the blog for anyone who is new to blogger and wants to make a quick background.
They are saved in PSD format and all should be easily edited with the selection tool.

To my knowledge these will only work when the "Minima" blogger template is used. I do not know if they work with any other blogger template.

Hello Everyone!
I have decided to open my own blog instead of posting on Juicy Bits - My new blog will also co-incide with the tut's I plan on writing, and its easier for me to have everything under the same name etc.. I adore Aiya and support her 100%, we're just kinda on diff fields at the moment.
I havent finished with my tut site, well its not really a site, just a google site until I can think of somewhere better to put them - plus its free, so thats a total bargain! I'll post the link once I have that up and running :)

So here is my brand spanking new blog - Any suggestions? Music? No Music.. and damn I need to get some blog friends!

The stuff I post here will be the same as I posted over at Juicy Bits - Tagging stuff. Plus any other crap I can cram on here.. rofl.. And there will probably be a rant or 2 thrown in for good measure..
